Jon and Stephen made this together, for each other, during the strike while they were busy not-writing. Late January/early February, so if you look at the artwork as a mini-fic, it takes place after the Expecting epilogue, after they've worked through most of Stephen's major issues, so they can reflect on the last year with humor and a bit less immediacy.
I think the lyrics speak for themselves in most cases, especially Jon's; mostly he's showing that he sees through Stephen's barriers and loves him, will always be there for him and to support him. Lyrics are below, with explanations where it's needed!
